Hydrangea pan. 'Pinky Winky'® Pluimhortensia

Hydrangea paniculata 'Pinky Winky' is a large, bushy, upright panicle hydrangea. This hydrangea blooms from late July to September with rather airy, cone-shaped panicles of white to chalky flowers that turn pinkish-red in late summer. Leaves are narrow and ovate, dark green, toothed and gray-green underneath. Exposure to full sun or filtered sun. It flowers on annual wood and can be pruned firmly in early spring to maintain a bushy form. It prefers slightly acidic, moist soil, is particularly hardy and attracts butterflies and bees. It is also decorative in autumn.
